RISE Alternative Provision is a dedicated provider of mentoring and tutoring services, tailored to support children aged 4-16, with a focus on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as ASD and other underlying neurological conditions. We offer a bespoke approach to mentoring, ensuring that each child receives individualized support that meets their unique requirements and circumstances. Our mentoring takes place within the community, providing flexible, real-world activities designed to build trust, enhance confidence, and foster personal growth. Whether it's going for walks, enjoying a coffee together, or engaging in other community-based activities, our mentoring aims to create meaningful connections and provide a safe space for children to open up and thrive.

Our tutoring services take a hands-on approach, focusing on real-world experiences and disguised learning. We believe that children learn best when they can connect what they are learning to their everyday lives. This approach ensures that academic learning is engaging, practical, and relevant to each child’s individual interests and needs.

At RISE, we are committed to supporting children with SEMH challenges by offering a nurturing environment that focuses on building emotional resilience, improving social skills, and helping children to re-engage with their education in a positive and supportive manner. Whether through one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, or immersive learning experiences, we aim to help every child reach their full potential, both academically and personally to help prepare them for their next steps. We also value the importance of physical education and ensure this is part of our provision for all children, led by our designated Sports Mentors.
