Callum is a Qualified Teacher and Senior Leader. Callum has worked in local BCP schools for over 11 years.

Dan is a Qualified SENCo and Qualified Teacher. Dan has a sporting background and has over 12 years experinece in working in BCP schools.

Jack

Jack has worked in schools as a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant.

Taylor

Senior Leadership Team, Deputy Desingated Safeguarding Lead, BCP Area Manager, Coaching Lead, Marketing Lead and Senior Tutor and Mentor

Taylor has worked in schools delivering PE to all age groups as well as working within after school clubs and school holiday provision.

Rachael is a Qualified Teacher and has experience of leading teams within BCP for Alternative Provision.

Ziggy

Therapy Dog

Ziggy is training to become a Qualified Therapy Dog and spends his days in our bases supporting children with their emotional regulation and listening to them read (when he's not at the beach!).

Annelies is a Qualified Teacher and has taught in Primary Schools across BCP.

Michaela has worked within Alternative Provision as a Mentor/Tutor and more recently as an Area Manager.

Rachael is an experienced administrative professional with over five years of supporting Senior Leadership Teams in local primary schools. She has developed strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, enabling her to effectively manage a range of administrative responsibilities in fast-paced educational environments. Rachael’s background has equipped her with a solid understanding of school operations, and she brings a reliable, detail-oriented approach to every role she undertakes. She is confident that her experience and skill set make her well suited to this position.

With over 11 years of experience working in local schools, I am a dedicated education professional specialising in supporting children with specific learning difficulties and emotional literacy needs. My roles have included Teaching Assistant, ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant), and SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) teacher, giving me a broad and deep understanding of the diverse challenges many students face. I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, develop key skills, and reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Hannah is a Qualified Teacher, having worked in mainstream schools as a class teacher. Hannah also has the TQUK Level 2 certificate in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health and TQUK Level 2 certificate in Counselling Skills (RQF).

Ben has a Level 3 Certificate in Mentoring Young People and has extensive school experience as a behaviour mentor. He specialises in evidenced based approaches to support children to regulate and return to the classroom.

Sam is our specialist SEMH Mentor and works in transitioning children back into school after long periods of absence. Sam has also worked as a coach for a holiday club provider.

Sports Mentor

Kate is a Qualified Teacher and has taught PE in school across the primary age ranges. Kate has a passion for sports and enabling children to use sports to build their self-esteem.

Charlie

Junior Duke of Edinburgh Lead & Mentor

Charlie specialises in working with children who have attachment disorders and sensory processing needs. He provides a calm, structured, and supportive approach that helps children feel safe and confident when taking part in physical activity. Charlie adapts sessions to meet individual needs, using consistency and positive reinforcement to encourage engagement and emotional regulation. He has worked in schools delivering PE lessons, supporting a wide range of abilities and needs. Charlie has also worked as a coach for a football coaching company and a holiday club provider.

Niall has worked as a sports coach in schools and also as a coach for a holiday club provider.

India has worked in SEN schools as a 1:1 support assistant. India is a keen artist and uses this to help children express themselves.

Max has delivered PE within schools as well as a coach for a holiday club provider.

Verity is a qualified Forest School Practitioner and has worked as a Manager within a Forest School Nursery.

Marc has a BSC in Sports Coaching and is a qualified English Boxing Level 2 Coach.

Ryan holds a Bsc in Sports Coaching and coaches football in his spare time as well as working at holiday clubs and delivering after school club provision. He also teaches PE in schools.

Hazel has a wealth of experience of working within special schools and has a Masters Degree in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology.

Sam has a wealth of experience having coached for AFC Bournemouth as well as teaching PE in specialist schools and supporting learning learners in a specialist setting.

Tom is a qualified UEFA B Football Coach and has previousy worked for Southampton Football Club. He has experience of teaching PE to children in Mainstream and AP schools for children of the age 2-16.

Luke Bardsley is a dedicated sports coach with experience in PE teaching, holiday clubs, and one-to-one coaching for children of all abilities, including those with SEN needs.

He specialises in engaging students who face emotional, behavioural, or academic challenges, using empathy, structure, and consistent behaviour strategies. Brings strong safeguarding practice, inclusive behaviour support, and leadership experience as both a Teaching Assistant and Team Leader, alongside a long-standing background in youth mentoring and pastoral care. Passionate about empowering young people to build confidence, resilience, and achieve their individual potential.

Erzsebet Kacio is a dedicated tutor and mentor experienced in supporting students across Key Stages 1–4, including those with additional needs. Multilingual and highly adaptable, she creates calm, inclusive learning environments that help students grow in confidence and resilience. She brings strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Caitlin Firth is an experienced youth and children’s practitioner with a background in theology, community work, and pastoral care. She has supported young people from early years through adolescence across church, school, and community settings, delivering engaging programmes, safeguarding-focused sessions, and one‑to‑one mentoring. Caitlin brings a compassionate, adaptable approach shaped by her work in churches, nurseries and youth organisations, helping children feel safe, confident and supported.

Charlie is an experienced youth pastor and mentor who supports young people aged 10–18 through personalised sessions, curriculum delivery and one‑to‑one guidance. His background spans youth work, coaching, SEN support and community engagement, giving him strong skills in behaviour support, relationship‑building and adaptive learning. Charlie is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence and re-engage positively with their education.

Katie has over 12 years of experience working in mainstream schools and alternative provisions, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. She has worked in roles including Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, and Mentor. Katie is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential while building confidence and resilience. She also has a strong interest in art, which she enjoys using as a creative way to connect with and inspire students.
