She has developed strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, enabling her to effectively manage a range of administrative responsibilities in fast-paced educational environments. Rachael’s background has equipped her with a solid understanding of school operations, and she brings a reliable, detail-oriented approach to every role she undertakes. She is confident that her experience and skill set make her well suited to this position.

With over 11 years of experience working in local schools, I am a dedicated education professional specialising in supporting children with specific learning difficulties and emotional literacy needs. My roles have included Teaching Assistant, ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant), and SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) teacher, giving me a broad and deep understanding of the diverse challenges many students face. I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, develop key skills, and reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Charlie specialises in working with children who have attachment disorders and sensory processing needs. He provides a calm, structured, and supportive approach that helps children feel safe and confident when taking part in physical activity. Charlie adapts sessions to meet individual needs, using consistency and positive reinforcement to encourage engagement and emotional regulation. He has worked in schools delivering PE lessons, supporting a wide range of abilities and needs. Charlie has also worked as a coach for a football coaching company and a holiday club provider.

Caitlin brings a compassionate, adaptable approach shaped by her work in churches, nurseries and youth organisations, helping children feel safe, confident and supported.

Charlie is an experienced youth pastor and mentor who supports young people aged 10–18 through personalised sessions, curriculum delivery and one‑to‑one guidance. His background spans youth work, coaching, SEN support and community engagement, giving him strong skills in behaviour support, relationship‑building and adaptive learning. Charlie is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence and re-engage positively with their education.

Katie is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential while building confidence and resilience. She also has a strong interest in art, which she enjoys using as a creative way to connect with and inspire students.
