First RISE Training Delivery of 2026!

Today, we were proud to deliver CPD for Shine Learning and Training Centre in Bedford, focusing on behaviour and engagement strategies to better support children in education.
It was a valuable opportunity to share best practice, reflect on current approaches, and explore practical ways to support pupils who may find learning, regulation and engagement more challenging. Discussions centred around understanding behaviour as communication, building positive relationships, and creating environments where children feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
Sessions like this are always a reminder of how powerful it is when professionals come together to learn from one another and strengthen their practice. By developing a shared understanding and consistent approaches, we can better meet the needs of young people and help them build the confidence and skills they need to succeed.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Shine and look forward to continuing to support settings in developing strategies that help every pupil to engage, succeed and thrive.
