RISE Alternative Provision Unveils New Staff Uniforms to Celebrate Team Unity and Core Values

Posted: 11-12-2024

RISE Alternative Provision is excited to announce that all staff members are now proudly wearing new branded uniforms, including stylish gilets, hoodies, and 1/4 zip jackets, emblazoned with the organisation’s signature RISE logo. This new addition to the team’s wardrobe represents not only a cohesive visual identity but also the core values that guide RISE every day: Engage, Succeed, Thrive.

The uniforms are designed to reflect RISE's commitment to fostering an environment where both staff and students can grow, achieve their best, and feel a sense of belonging. With the RISE logo front and centre and the company’s empowering values displayed on the back, these new garments serve as a daily reminder of the positive, inclusive ethos at the heart of RISE Alternative Provision.

The three values - Engage, Succeed, Thrive - are central to RISE's mission to support young people and encourage their development through tailored educational experiences. Staff now have a wearable symbol of these ideals, further reinforcing the organisation’s focus on engagement, success, and growth.

In addition to the stylish design, the uniforms also feature the RISE website URL, ensuring that anyone who sees the team in action can easily learn more about the incredible work being done. This is a particularly important step as RISE continues to expand its reach and showcase the amazing work of its dedicated staff.

"The Mentor has a good relationship with R. She communicates and works well with her when she is having a bad day. There is great communication with myself- the reports are detailed and I enjoy reading them. I know RISE has greatly helped my daughter build her confidence and become a happier child."

The RISE Team provided well prepared, high quality and engaging PACE training to staff who work with children aged 3-11. Staff commented on how useful the real life examples were and how these supported them to apply this training in our school environment. The RISE Team worked with leaders before delivering the training which meant we could adapt it to the needs of our school. I have seen many of the strategies being used in school which has lead to the prevention of escalations. Overall,  highly effective training!

"The Mentor’s relationship with J and me has helped hugely. Having another adult to help has made me feel less alone in my care for J. Bridget's wealth of knowledge has been vital to us accessing services, benefits and professionals within BCP.

Also, the resources provided have been superb. I am really grateful for the care, support and kindness Bridget has provided us. Without her, we would be in a really bad place."
